MyRogers app update brings a cleaner look and enhanced security

New features include support for both Touch ID and Face ID login, plus PIN authentication

Whether you’re on the move or just lazing on the couch, the MyRogers app is the easiest and most efficient way to keep tabs on all your Rogers vitals and manage your account and plans. In fact, it just got a lot better, thanks to an update that gives it a sleek facelift and some terrific, new features – including support for both Touch and Face ID.

Veteran users will instantly notice the redesigned interface, now cleaner and fresher to make it easier than ever to find what you’re looking for. Plus, performance has been optimized so everything works a bit faster, helping you get the information you need quicker than before.

It’s more secure, too, with new ways to log in more securely:

PIN authentication

The first time you log in you’ll be prompted to provide your Rogers wireless number so that Rogers can text you an authentication number to verify you’re really you. This permits each line – kids, spouse, family members – on your account to monitor their own usage. Through this verification, whenever you reopen the app, you won’t have to enter your login information again. Don’t worry – if you don’t have a Rogers wireless number, you can still log in with your user name and password to see your other Rogers services.

Touch ID and Face ID

Better still, iPhone users can now log in using Touch ID and – for those with an iPhone X – Face ID. To access the app, just tap the fingerprint sensor or throw a glance at the camera.

Remember, all the features and information you’ve come to rely on haven’t gone anywhere. Share Everything customers can still monitor wireless data usage in real time – and top up, if necessary – in the data manager. Meanwhile, everyone can still view, save and print their monthly bills, now redesigned so they’re easier to read and parse.

When it comes time to take care of your bill, you can make a secure credit card or Visa/MasterCard debit payment. You can also use the app to update your account and payment information.
