5 Ways to Get Help from Rogers

Customer complaints to Rogers are down 65%! Here are five of the helpful ways they’re doing it.

If you’re looking for help and information on Rogers products and services, then you’re in luck. Rogers has been working hard to provide its customers with a multitude of ways to get help – online, on social, by phone or on your devices. Whether it’s billing, changes to your account or just general tech issues, help from Rogers Customer Support is right at your fingertips.

And all that effort has paid off. Last month, the Commissioner for Complaints for Telecommunications Services (CCTS) released its mid-year report, which shows that complaints from Rogers customers have dropped by 65%.* With the addition of such services as Facebook Messenger support, Rogers DeviceAid and the hugely successful Roam Like Home™ – which sent roaming complaints on the path to a 90% reduction* this year – getting help has never been easier.

Here are five great ways to get the assistance you need.

Wondering how to increase your battery life or trying to diagnose an issue with an app? DeviceAid is a troubleshooting tool that’s built right into the MyRogers app. It can analyze and solve many commonly known tech issues related specifically to your smartphone.

All you have to do is launch the MyRogers app on your phone and tap on DeviceAid. You can ask your own question or choose from several commonly asked questions. DeviceAid will display a list of recommended answers with step-by-step instructions, troubleshooting advice and/or corrective tips. The app is totally free and available at the Apple and Android app stores.

If you’re reading this, you’re already here, so welcome! Now all you have to do is take a look around at the How-To, Tutorial and Video sections at the top for a wide range of great tutorials and instructional videos on using the latest wireless and cable products and services. Maybe you have questions about services like shomi™ or the latest smartphones. Or perhaps you’re just looking to stay up to date on all things tech and Rogers. You’ll find informative articles to satisfy your techy tendencies.

Facebook Messenger

If you’re a fan of Facebook, then Rogers has thought of you, too. Now you can get customer-care support through Facebook Messenger. Just sign in to your Facebook account and search for Rogers, go to or use the Facebook Messenger app on your smartphone. Send a message like you would with any other friend: type in your questions and ask away. A live representative will get back to you as soon as possible. And you’ll always have a record of your conversation.

Rogers Community Forums

Have a question about your new smartphone or want pointers on optimizing your Wi-Fi? Rogers Community Forums can provide answers and connect you to other like-minded Rogers customers. Go online to and use the optimized search engine to find posts concerning your issue. Most of these posts are accompanied by tips and advice from Rogers Live Agents™ and Community Moderators. What’s more, they also contain useful comments and suggestions from other Rogers customers facing similar issues with their products or services.

Live Chat with Rogers Agents

Last but certainly not least, one of the best ways to connect with Rogers is to start a Live Chat session with a Rogers Agent. It’s a simple way to get fast access to a real person. Just go online to Select the topic you need help with from the options listed, enter your name and click on Start Chat to chat with an agent. Agents are available until midnight and are devoted to getting you the Rogers answers you need.
